Flowers For Wedding Anniversaries

Although some of the following are not traditionally kept in our florist as they are not a good cut flower, they can often be found in home gardens.

Roses, Chrysanthemums, Lilies, and orchids are available at our store year round.

The others such as gladioli and iris etc can often be special ordered if you give us sufficient notice. There are some flowers like daffodils and fuchsia which are still very seasonal so have a chat and we will be able to tell you what is available and when.

Peonies are a flower many people adore but it is also a very seasonal flower. The best time to purchase peonies in Australia is for a short period in November - weather dependent! Peonies are available at other times of the year but can be quite expensive to purchase as they come from overseas.

The following is a list of flowers which can be used for each anniversary but you can create your own traditions by giving flowers which mean something special to you. This could be as simple as their favourite flower or by choosing flowers which were used at your wedding or change it up and choose something different every time. If you give flowers they will be well received! (especially if they are from Floral DeVine!)
